The Columbia Impairment Scale-Self Report Report Version (CIS-SR)ΒΆ

The CIS is a 13 item parent report scale that assesses global functioning in domains of interpersonal relations, psychopathology, school performance, use of leisure time; monitors progress after 6 months of treatment.

Note: The CIS-SR is administered to parents of all participants.
